Do you allow order pickups at upcoming conventions (or locally in Wellington)?
Usually, yes! Contact me directly before placing an order if you're interested; if we end up organizing a pickup, I'll give you a checkout code so you don't have to pay the shipping here. -
Will you be adding [xyz] to your online store?
I intend to have most of my merch (besides prints, as they're difficult to ship) always available here online, but most stock will be gone from the time I pack for an upcoming convention until the time I have time to restock after returning home. Feel free to ask about it if you can't find something you're looking for! -
Do you offer your combo deals (like 2 shirts for $90) online?
I do! The combos/discounts won't be exactly the same as they are in person, but they should automatically apply when you add things to cart. Feel free to contact me if there are any issues getting them to work as expected. I will also always have combo deals available at conventions!

REFUNDS & RETURNS
- If you have made a purchase in error, contact me within 24 hours to cancel and get a full refund. If I have already shipped your order, it cannot be cancelled.
- If your order arrives damaged, contact me with evidence and details, and you may be able to replace, return, and/or refund depending on the damage.
- If your order arrives with an incorrect item, contact me to organize a free replacement.
- If your order does not arrive within 1 week the expected delivery timeframe, feel free to contact me for further information or help.
- I will not provide refunds or replacements if your order has already shipped and/or arrived in good condition. Make sure you have ordered a size that will fit you!
Special order / pre-order shirts only:
- If you want to change your pre-order choice (style & size) before I place the next bulk order, contact me with your order details to have it changed.
- If you want to cancel your pre-order before I place the next bulk order, contact me to cancel and get a 90% refund.
